Tania earned her Master's of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point in 2006. She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence. Tania currently holds active licenses in Minnesota, Washington, California, and Alaska.

While an active-duty spouse, Tania moved around the country and acquired extensive experience in a variety of settings including schools (in-person and teletherapy), private practice, Birth to Three - Early intervention, and clinical outpatient. Tania has worked with pediatric speech and language disorders for more than 19 years focusing extensively on language delays, articulation. apraxia, feeding, and fluency/stuttering.
Tania believes in a holistic approach to therapy that involves the child, family, and other caregivers. She promotes dedicated care that focuses on important family goals which provide the biggest impact for the patient. Her therapeutic methods are rooted in evidence-based practices and personalized to meet each child's unique needs.
When Tania is not working, she loves spending time with her family, adores crafting, and enjoys volunteering in her community.

WIlliam is a passionate project manager and agile practitioner with over 17 years of proven experience overseeing multiple portfolios to include finance and accounting, accountable property, personnel, and HIPAA compliant human resource programs. Coordinated unit safety programs incorporating maritime construction, rescue and survival, and structure and tower climber procedures. William started River Iron Therapy with his wife Tania in preparation for separation/retirement from active-duty military service and performs all administrative functions necessary for maintaining the business aspect of the clinic.
Romeo
Romeo is a very important, highly qualified member of the River Iron Therapy Team. During his graduate studies, he has mastered the art of receiving belly rubs, cuddles, and providing joy. The kiddos love seeing him, and we are so grateful for all the laughs he brings to our team.
